Refund Policy — Digital Products. ASCEND sells digital content (downloadable protocols and guides) delivered immediately after purchase. EU right of withdrawal: under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)) and French law (art. L221-28 13° du Code de la consommation), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of that right. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun. If you have not accessed the content, you may request withdrawal within 14 days at ascendxprotocol@gmail.com with your order number — refund within 14 days via your original payment method. Faulty or inaccessible content: contact us and we will provide a working copy or a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Last updated: July 2026.
